Returns & Refunds

Sabai is an inhaled personal-care product, so for health and hygiene reasons all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Sabai is operated by [Sabai LLC].
All sales are final. Because every jar is a sealed, inhaled personal-care item, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please review your order before checking out. The one exception is an order that arrives damaged or incorrect — see below.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email hello@sabaihq.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement at no cost to you.

- We'll confirm and ship a replacement — no need to mail the original back.
Order changes & cancellations
We pack orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best, but once an order has been packed or shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to refund orders that are returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package comes back to us, we can reship it once any additional postage is covered.
Third-party purchases
This policy applies only to orders placed directly through sabaihq.com. Items bought from a third-party reseller are subject to that seller's policies — please contact them directly.
