Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how, where, and when your Sabai inhaler gets to you. All orders ship from the United States. Sabai is operated by [Sabai LLC].
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, and shown to you before you pay.
Processing & handling time
We pack and ship orders quickly. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 3–7 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — if you'd like to order from outside the U.S., email us at hello@sabaihq.com and we'll let you know what we can do.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses
We're happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Delivery to these addresses may take a little longer than standard estimates.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within a couple of business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
Lost, delayed, or stuck packages
Occasionally a package gets delayed or marked as stuck in transit. Here's what to do:
- Delayed or stuck: Tracking sometimes pauses for a day or two before updating. If your package hasn't moved for several business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but missing: Check around your property and with neighbors or your mailroom, and allow a day — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us.
- Lost in transit: If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. We've got you covered.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply). If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
